Description:

Damage Symptoms:

  • White powdery spots on the leaf surfaces.
  • Leaves become curled and brittle.
  • Fruit size and quality are reduced.

Preventive Measures:

  • Avoid overhead irrigation to reduce the wetting of the leaves.

Control Measures:

  • Apply sulfur-based fungicides.
  • Spray potassium bicarbonate solution at 5 g/l when required.
